NASCAR has instituted a new policy requiring the lowest non-wrecked Sprint Cup car to be inspected after every race. Under the policy, the first non-wrecked car out of the race will be torn down at the research and development center in Concord, NC. NASCAR says it introduced the new policy so that the teams who miss the race know that those who make it are doing things right.
