Michael Rodriguez is suing NASCAR’s “Drive For Diversity” because, he claims, he was barred from participating in a driving combine in Virginia. Rodriguez is a blond, blue-eyed Puerto Rican. He is accusing event officials of treating him with disdain because he doesn’t fit their idea of a minority. He is seeking punitive damages.
